Dynamic, breath-led vinyasa yoga
Service Description
A clear introduction to the Ashtanga method and Primary Series. This is a vinyasa-style class that builds basic strength, mobility, and body awareness. We focus on the foundations: breathing, where to look, and how to move through the sun salutations, standing sequence, selected seated and finishing poses. Build a consistent practice and get familiar with the fundamentals. Chanting, breathwork, and hands-on adjustments may be included. This mixed-levels class is suitable for beginners, as well at those refining their practice of Ashtanga's core Trishtana method. Intensity, modifications, pacing, and asanas will be tailored to suit the students in attendance. Taught in ENGLISH. Note: This class is recommended before joining Ashtanga Half Primary L2.
